General Terms and Conditions (T&C) for the Online Shop doWEAR

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “You”) via the online shop doWEAR.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

2.1

The purchase contract is concluded with doWEAR, Annemarie-Renger-Str 17, 53332 Bornheim.

2.2

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. An order confirmation is sent immediately after submitting the order but does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

2.3

A contract is only concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

3.1

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT (value-added tax) and other price components.

3.2

In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. Details regarding shipping costs can be found in the respective offers.

4. Payment Terms

4.1

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from:

Breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

11.1

Contracts between us and the customer are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

11.2

If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
