Return Policy – 14-Day Return Right
We grant a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized products)
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original item and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As mentioned above, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@do-wear.com.
Return Shipping
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us or if an item does not fit, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that we can only accept unused items. The item must show no signs of use, and the security seal must remain intact.
• DHL return shipping costs within Germany: €4.90 (deducted from your refund).
• Returns from Austria or Switzerland: You can choose your own shipping method or use our DHL labels at the following costs:
• Austria: €9.90
• Switzerland: €14.90
Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation. After inspecting the return, we will refund the corresponding amount (minus return shipping costs) using your original payment method.
The processing and refund may take up to 10 business days.
